I’m a creative and technically minded person, passionate about colour, stills photography and image enhancement. For the last 10 years I have worked in television post production, undertaking a variety of roles including Edit Assistant, Photographer, Technical Operator, Tech Reviewer, Online Editor and Colourist. I am currently the in-house Colourist at BBC Bristol, UK.
My role as a Colourist has allowed me to draw directly from my ability as a photographer and apply my knowledge to a moving image. The meticulous nature of tech review and online work has fuelled my passion for achieving the highest possible quality in broadcast. My HDR work has been featured in Kit Plus magazine and more recently Without Limits: Vietnam, a programme I graded won an RTS award this year.
